LETTER OF ADMINISTRATION
The State of Ohio, Muskingum County,.
To All Who Shall See These Presents, Greetings:
BE IT KNOWN, That by the Probate Court of said County, Administration of all and singular the Goods, Chattels, Rights, Credits and Estate, which were of Isaac Moore late of said County, deceased, has been granted unto Harry Moore whose duty it shal be to:
1. Make and return to the Court on oath, within thirty days a true inventory of all moneys, goods, chattels, rights and credits of the deceased, which have or may come to his possession or knowledge, and if required by the Court, an inventory of the decendents real estate;
2. Administer according to law all the moneys, goods, chattels, rights and credits of the deceased, and the proceeds of all his Real Estate, sold for payment of his debts, which comes to the possession of the Administrator, or to the possession of any person for him;
3. Upon oath render a true account of his administration within twelve months, and at other times when required by the Court or the law. Failing so to do for thirty days after he has been notified by the Probate Judge of the expiration of the time, he may forthwith be removed by the Court and he shall receive no allowance for services, unless the Court enters upon its journal that such delay was necessary and reasonable;
4. Pay any balance remaining in his hands, upon the settlement of his accounts, to such persons as the court or the law directs;
5. Deliver the letters of Administration into Court in case a will of the deceased be thereafter duly proved and allowed;

ADMINISTRATOR'S BOND
Know all Men by These Presents, That we Harry Moore are held and firmly bound to the State of Ohio, in the Penal sum of Eleven Hundred----------($1,100) Dollars, to the payment of which sum we do hereby jointly and severally bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators, if default be made in the condition following:
Whereas, Letters of administration upon the Estate of Isaac Moore deceased, were granted to the said, Harry Moore by the Probate Court of Muskingum County, in the State of Ohio, on the --------day of June 1930; Now if said Harry Moore as administrator of the Estae of said Isaac Moore, Deceased

Your petitioner respectfully represents:
That is administrator of the estate of said decedent, who died intestate on the -----------day of------------- 1925, being at the time a resident of and domiciled at Philo, Muskingum County Ohio
At the time of his decease said decedent was possessed of certain property which is under the jurisdiction of the State of Ohio for inheritance tax purposes. A description of all property subject to determination of tax, together with the estimated actual market value of the same at the time of decedent's death, at which value your petitioner consents that the same be appraised, if necessary, is as follows, to-wit:

JOURNAL ENTRY----ESTATE NOT SUBJECT TO TAX
In the Probate Court of Muskingum County, Ohio.
In the Matter of the Settlement of the Estate of
Isaac Moore, deceased
Harry Moore as Administrator of the Estate of Isaac Moore, deceased, havinfg filed an application, duly verified, for a finding and order that said estate and the successions therein are exempt from any inheritance tax under the laws of Ohio, the same came on for hearing and the court, being fully advised in the premises, finds and determines that (a) The gross amount of said estate amounted to $1107.7, and the debts to $411.05, leaving the balance or net estate $696.70. This is to be divided amoung five children, each entitled to an exemption of $3500.00
and that as a result said estate and the successions therein are exempt from such inheritance tax.
It is further ordered that a copy of this entry, together with a copy of all other entries in relation to or in any way affecting the inheritance tax on the succession of said estate, be certified to The Tax Commission of Ohio.
It is further ordered that the costs of this proceeding, taxed at $------------as follows:
